At Point University, we are committed to providing access to a high-quality, affordable Christian education. You can rest assured that we will always do our best to keep the cost of tuition as low as possible and provide exceptional high demand degree programs at a much lower cost than many other institutions. COMMITTED TO HELPING YOU SUCCEED

Point University will hold tuition and fees constant for the 2022-2023 academic year. This freeze could provide students an annual savings of up to $800. Feel confident knowing your education will be both high quality and affordable.

“We know that many of our students and their families are struggling financially as a result of the pandemic,” said Dr. Stacy Bartlett ’05, chief of staff. “Keeping tuition rates the same as the previous year is one way we can help ensure a Point education remains affordable for them.”

Tuition will vary based on cost per credit and the number of credits required to complete your chosen degree.

FEDERAL FINANCIAL AID

Online program applicants are encouraged to submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible. By submitting the FAFSA online before the deadline, qualified students will learn what type of aid is available and secure the support needed.

STUDENT LOANS

Eligible students enrolled at least half time are qualified for the Federal Direct Student Loan Program, and may borrow need-based subsidized loans or unsubsidized loans. Students and parents can also take advantage of private loans available through various lenders.

GRANTS

Federal Pell Grants are also available to students who qualify. The amount of aid awarded is based on the recipient’s financial need, cost of attendance, number of credits per semester and other factors. Some students may also qualify for additional federal and state grants based on eligibility.

SCHOLARSHIPS

Scholarships are available for online students and are based on academic, leadership, and Christian character. Scholarship recipients must maintain good standing with the University and the applicable grade point average to retain their scholarships.

VETERAN BENEFITS

Our online veteran students have access to the same financial aid resources available to campus students, with the added benefit of tuition assistance under the Post 9/11 GI Bill and Yellow Ribbon Program.

Net Price Calculator

Your education is an investment in your future, and we want you to feel fully prepared to make that investment. That’s why we’ve carefully designed the Point University Net Price Calculator to help online undergraduate students estimate the total cost of tuition in one of Point’s online programs. You’ll also learn about the financial aid options available to you to offset those costs, allowing you to make an informed decision and plan for the future you want. To use the Net Price Calculator, you will need:

  • Federal income tax returns for the previous year
  • Most recent W2 forms
  • Savings and other asset information

To get the most accurate estimate possible, we suggest that you complete the FAFSA before using this calculator. Use the Data Retrieval Tool within the FAFSA to automatically pull in tax and earning information.
